Do I have to CUT CARBS TO LOSE FAT?

Biologically, the body prefers to burn carbs, especially when coupled with physical activity. Bodies need a balance of carbohydrates, protein, and fat. 

IS SUGAR ACTUALLY BAD FOR ME?

In excess, yes.  Sugar is the simplest form of a major macronutient - carbs.  Whole food fruit and dairy sugar is a far better choice before reaching for anything with added sugar.

What DIET IS THE BEST FOR ME?

This question already starts with a viewpoint that needs alteration.  Healthy living comes from daily choices.  Making healthier food choices and being aware of calorie intake on a daily basis is where I can help!
